What were the three keys to relief?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Self-awareness of your oral habits<\/li><li>Exercises<\/li><li>A custom oral appliance<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That might be all that\u2019s needed to decrease your pain and discomfort and improve your quality of life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So What\u2019s the Cost?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have dental insurance, you\u2019ll save money on the cost\nof care. The cost of relieving your symptoms is more affordable than you might\nthink.
