I am 31 years old with three primary teeth. The permanent teeth never came in. This same issue is something that my grandmother on my father\u2019s side had too. Judith \u2013 It is possible to extract your primary teeth and replace them with dental implants, but it may not be necessary to do so.<\/p>\n
