Each member of our staff has a unique way of making you feel comfortable and welcome in our office. From the moment you walk in our door, throughout your treatment, and during the checkout process, you will find that we take excellent care of you. Jackie makes patients comfortable. Her one-on-one patient communication and education help you to have an enjoyable visit. Jackie joined our team in 2005. She has 20 years of professional experience. Jackie received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma; go Sooners!
Bridget loves meeting patients. She is caring and genuinely interested in helping you improve your smile. She has a gentle, caring manner that will help you relax and have a pleasant visit with us. She joined our practice in 2000. She has over 30 years of dental experience. Bridget received her training from El Centro and Richland colleges.
One of the reasons that Cheryl became a dental assistant is because of her desire to help others. Cheryl is very friendly, and she has strong work ethic. In 2004, she graduated from the Dental Assistants Training Academy. She has assisted Dr. Lacy with procedures since 2006.
Melanie brings over 20 years of customer service and hospitality experience to our team, which she joined in 2012. Melanie takes pride in making sure our patients feel comfortable and well cared for. She will be happy to assist you with all aspects of your treatment coordination to include scheduling appointments, working with your insurance company and arranging payment options. Melanie is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
Susan has been a valued member of our staff for the past 13 years. Prior to joining our team, she was an administrator in the oil & gas and IT industries. Susan helps our patients stay on track with their cleanings and handles all of the marketing for our office. She loves to welcome each of our patients with a smile and strives to ensure that we always maintain a patient friendly atmosphere.
