We accept most major insurances, and we file the claims for you. Contact our office if you have questions about your specific plan.

We also accept all major credit cards. If you pay with cash, you will receive a five percent discount. No-interest payment plans and financing through CareCredit® are available.

Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Call us if you have questions about financial arrangements.
